Staff Information

When you call our Leesburg office, you will usually talk to Kathy or Susan. She will give you an appointment and also help you with check-in and check-out when you are here. Linda, Bonnie and Maureen are our experienced nurses, who will take your vital signs, as well as help the doctor with any procedures or lab tests. They also inform you of any abnormal lab results and help to answer your questions. Penny is our office manager, and Laneta is our insurance person. They will assist you with any insurance or billing difficulties after your visit.

When you call our Sterling office, you will talk to Judy, who has been with this practice almost 30 years! She handles all the phone calls, appointments, checking-in and out of the office, insurance questions, and scheduling of procedures outside the office. Our nurses in Sterling are Deb and Lisa and now Anna is also there part-time.

New Patient Information

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment, 30 minutes if you are pregnant, in order for the staff to collect information from you prior to your visit with the doctor. If you were sent a history form, please fill it out prior to your arrival. If you have a complicated medical history, it is helpful to bring (or to have sent in advance) your old records. If you have special concerns you'd like to discuss with the doctor at your first appointment, please inform the receptionist when you make your appointment so that she can allow you and the doctor some extra time. Please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason. We will make every effort to reschedule you as soon as possible.
